Timely Care

Our commitment is to deliver exceptional client experiences and quality hair loss treatments in a timely manner to all our clients. Late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations not only disrupt our schedules but also affect other clients in need of care.

Please take note of our policy regarding missed appointments and late cancellations.

Appointment Cancellations

When you schedule an appointment at Hair Loss Clinic, you reserve a slot on our calendar that becomes unavailable to other clients. To show consideration for other clients, kindly inform us as soon as you realize you won’t be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation becomes necessary, we require a minimum of 1 business day or 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation & No-Shows

A cancellation is deemed late when made in less than the specified notice period mentioned above. A no-show occurs when a patient misses an appointment without prior cancellation.

  • For cancellations made without the required notice, a charge of 100% of the booked service fee applies, excluding the initial consultation.
  • For no-shows or missed appointments, a charge of 100% of the booked service fee applies.
  • Please note that weekend and holiday requests for cancellation or rescheduling cannot be accommodated, as these days are not considered business days.
  • Initial appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 business day before the scheduled time.
