Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not mean we accepted your order.
• Payment Methods: We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.. Your card is charged when your order is placed.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting info@medihairlossclinic.com

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipment.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery: We ship via  UPS, Canada Post, or FedEx. Delivery estimates depend on your location.
• International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Returns and Refunds

• Return Window for a replacement: You have 5 days from the delivery date to return an item.
• Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Customers pay for return shipping costs.
• Refund Process: We do not offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement. To process a replacement, photo evidence of the damaged or defective item is required.
